Scanning services

Scanning is the process of taking a physical document and converting it to a digital version so you can view the document on a computer screen. Many customers use these services so they can archive old documents to save on storage and retrieval costs.

Scanning is also a great insurance for businesses because, in the case of instances like fire, when you lose the physical version of a document, the electronic version will be backed up.

We can do all forms of scanning, including:

  • black and white scanning
  • colour scanning
  • high and low-resolution scanning
  • book scanning - charged on an hourly rate
  • plan scanning

Once we have scanned your document we can then burn it to a disk, email it to you or save it to a USB stick.

We can also scan into formats such as tiff, PDF and jpeg.
